Can Somebody Call HR?

Let me ask you a question:
How many of you can confidently say with at least 90% certainty that you love both your job and your colleagues?
I could honestly say that at one point in my career when I worked at an independent practice, I was excited to go to work, but when you work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week with 8 women and 1 man, there's bound to be at least 1-2 women who stir things up. Someone you just don’t fully mesh well with. Sometimes there's a reason, sometimes there isn't—it's just a bad day and you got in the way at the wrong time. Regardless of our feelings, as adults and as parents teaching our young children, we need to be more aware of our actions and treat others properly.
Everyone experiences difficult days and faces challenges in their personal lives. People hold various perspectives. Yet, everyone should be recognized and treated with kindness.
‘Burnout is a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by long-term stress and excessive demands at work, school or in personal life. It is characterized by feelings of cynicism, detachment, and decreased personal accomplishment.’
I’m feeling this REAL hard lately, and as a person who doesn’t like to be a burden on others with or without their own struggles and a person who doesn’t ask for help, times like this are a big struggle.
I understand that many people say, "I go to work, do what I need to for my paycheck, and then head home." I can relate—I’m a single mom and I also rely on my income. However, if I must be at work, away from my family to earn that money, it should be in a positive environment, not one that makes me dread waking up or feel like screaming halfway through the morning.
I believe much of the problem stems from technology making everything incredibly easy for everyone, leading people to expect that everything should be done for them. It's called work for a reason, as it involves doing something and having a purpose.
Another problem is management over promising and not delivering. Treating certain employees to a higher standard than the rest and praising the ones that do the bare minimum causes tension and frustration among coworkers. This also pisses people off! I don’t think management really takes time to appreciate their employees anymore - at least not as much as they should. They aren’t “on the front lines” so to speak like we are so they assume certain things can be done when in reality, it just won’t work.
When I first learned we were merging with a big company, I was excited! It meant better insurance, college paid for for my boys and I thought more pay. Some of this is true, but I also wonder, is it really worth the stress and aggravation daily to get these things??
I have never been more eager to earn enough income with my side gig, Zyia Active to leave my job than I am at this moment! The ability to work from anywhere, promote and sell what I love, connect with new people daily, earn free items and be appreciated is amazing! Although it's a company with thousands of women, not having to be in the same physical space with them every day and being able to communicate only when desired or for advice makes the experience far more enjoyable!
